Description
This skill is used to open other players or NPC backpacks and see what they have. It verifies automatically when it tries to open the backpack. Snoop is a crime action and if you are surprised doing it in cities with guards, they will call them.

It improves opening other player or animal that not belongs to you backpack .
A good way to improve it is telling a friend that he buy a charge animal, lock it in a spot on your house and opening the backpack.
