The Rules must be read before you commence playing.

Not knowing the rules is not an excuse in the course of prosecution.

The email address can be used for the following:

• Asking a general question.
• Submitting a screenshot of illegal behavior.
• Raising an issue that requires a written reply.

Please consider the following when writing your email:

• Ensure you include your account name in the email.
• Do not include your password as we will never request it.
• Screenshots should be taken using the Capture Manager within the WoD client.

Capture Manager

The Capture Manager is a utility built into the WoD client used to capture a screenshot.

To capture a screenshot, complete the following steps within the WoD client:

1. Hold the Alt key and press the Print Screen.
   • The Capture Manager tool will open.
   • The screenshot will be displayed in the left panel with its title in the right panel (e.g. Captura 1).
2. Click the Save button.
   • The screenshot will be saved to the user's desktop in a standard bitmap format (e.g. Screenshot0.bmp) and a JPEG encrypted format (e.g. Screenshot1.jpg).
   • When submitting a screenshot of illegal behaviour, the encrypted version must be used as a screenshot will not be considered valid evidence if manipulated in any way.
