It is mandatory that before you start playing you read our set of rules.
Not knowing the rules is not an excuse in the course of prosecution.
The address to send screenshots of illegal behavior, questions or anything you need to know or ask is: Clients. Please, don´t forget to tell us your account and player name when you send us a message. Never send us your password, we will never ask for it. If you need to send us a photo, our client will create a special encrypted screenshot only by pressing “Impr. Pant”. You will have to send us the image called Screenshot(n).jpg that is going to be created pressing “Save” in the client pop-up window. This file must not be manipulated in any way, because if you do it will not be valid as evidence.
