Please, don´t forget to tell us your account and player name when you send us a message. Never send us your password, we will never ask for it. If you need to send us a photo, our client will create a special encrypted screenshot only by pressing “Impr. Pant”. You will have to send us the image called Screenshot(n).jpg that is going to be created pressing “Save” in the client pop-up window. This file must not be manipulated in any way, because if you do it will not be valid as evidence.

Capture Manager

The Capture Manager is a utility built into the WoD client used to capture a screenshot.

To capture a screenshot, complete the following steps within the WoD client:

    • The Capture Manager tool will open.
    • The screenshot will be displayed in the left panel with its title in the right panel (e.g. Captura 1).
  2. Click the Save button.
    • The screenshot will be saved to the user's desktop in a standard bitmap format (e.g. Screenshot0.bmp) and a JPEG encrypted format (e.g. Screenshot1.jpg).
