It is one of the monsters of the Far Island. Orcs Goruk go in groups and are escorted by a healing shaman. Those who dare to approach these Orcs must not fear death, because with their axes and strength they are capable of defeating any warrior and the most disturbing is they work with the Orc Shaman who perform the most complex healing spells that can be found, that is why it is not recommended to solo attack these monsters because they form an unstoppable team.
