Jhelom

Western Capital founded by Army Jhelom extinct. This city had the best group of magicians that formerly existed and founded a prosperous city on three islands that form. These islands are connected together by an ingenious system of teleportation, revolutionary for the time, and that after the years was copied by other cities for transportation to the Hall of Portales.

The city is the only gladiatorial arena that currently exists in our plane. Besides the city cemetery, and the largest port in the West, both in commercial and fishing.
