New Private Message System

We’ve added a new Private Message system in the game. Now you’ll be able to send private messages to other players using the command .pm or .privatemessage. When you receive a private message you’ll see a small notification symbol in the upper left corner of the screen. If the player is offline or in a tournament, he will be notified when he connects or the tournament finishes.
To avoid the abuse of this system each message will have a symbolic price of 100 coins, and each player can store up to 50 private messages in his inbox.
