The Ethereal Jewels come back

After almost a year without them it’s clear it wasn’t a good change, so we’re returning the Ethereal Jewels to the game. These are the changes:
- The Ethereal Jewels will be equipable outside dungeons.
- All the Ethereal Jewels will be linked to the first players who equips them. Only this player will be able to equip them. This player can unlink an Ethereal Jewels so it can be linked again to a different player using a Gem to Imbue an Ethereal Jewel.
- The Gems to Imbue an Ethereal Jewel can be obtained again the same way as before.
- The max level for a jewel will be 12 and they won’t be obtainable by donation.
